The Chief Press Secretary to the immediate past Kogi State Deputy Governor, Promise Emmanuel, has advised men not to marry ladies who don’t have at least 1m in their accounts. Emmanuel, aka Kogi Rebel, who gave the advice in a Facebook post on Tuesday, August 5, said even if the lady doesnt have a minimum of N1m in her account, she should at least have a Masters degree or about to get one. Men should stop lowering their standards, women wont, he added.
