Man filmed "pleasuring himself" inside moving keke in view of fellow passengers (video)

A passenger filmed a man “m@sturbating” beside her in a moving keke napep. The woman, with the handle @sbi_beauty, shared the video on TikTok with the caption: “Soapy inside keke. Lokoja people too do o.” She added a text to the video that reads: “Pov: I met the weirdest man on earth inside keke.”  In the video, the man is seen using a file holder to cover himself while his other hand moves vigorously against his body.
