ICPC Arrests NSCDC Deputy Commandant, Former Navy Admiral Over Alleged N3Billion Fraud

Yusuf, who had been evading arrest, was apprehended at his residence in Gwagwalada, Abuja. He was arrested by the operatives of Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).
