Social media users react to trending video of Kwam1’s wife, Emmanuella, turning down portrait of herself presented to her at his mum’s funeral ceremony

Social media users are reacting to a trending video of Emmanuella, wife of singer Kwam1, openly rejecting a portrait of herself which was  presented to her by a painter at his mums funeral ceremony. The singer recently lost his mum and a party to celebrate the deceased mother was held in Lagos. At the party, Emmauella was accosted by a painter who handed her a portrait of herself. She appeared startled and openly rejected the portrait. According to her, she is in the land of the living and her portrait will not be paraded anytime soon. During funerals in Nigeria, a portrait of the deceased is paraded by a family member.  While some Nigerians have knocked her for openly rejecting the portrait, others supported her.
